KPC has implemented an electronic – purchasing and sourcing solution. The Solution provider that we have selected to achieve this is ESM – one of the largest providers of e-procurement solutions in the country. To participate in KPC bid offerings please follow the steps outlined below:
YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL 3 STEPS
REGISTER WITH ESCHOOLMALL
To participate in KPC bids you must first register with eSchoolMall. Download the registration instructions to the right. If already registered proceed to step 2.
NOTIFY KPC
Once registration is complete send an email to KPCMemberServices(at)kybuy.org requesting the desired bid be published to you. Send the email from the email address used to register with eSM.
COMPLETE THE BID
You will receive an email from eSM indicating that the bid has been published to you. Login to your eSM account and complete the bid using the instructions located to the right.
