This form does not constitiute a bid. To be considered as a vendor for any and all posted bids, you must respond to bid invitations found at www.kybuy.org or www.kedc.org.
The information collected in this form will be used to notify you, via email, when categories in which you have expressed an interest are to be bid..
Potential vendors who wish to be notified of bid opportunities by fax must submit a written request.
